Welcome to Grain Form Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.grainformstudio.com (the "Site") and your purchase of any products from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We sell handcrafted woodworking pieces, including custom and made-to-order items. We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and photograph our products; however:

● As handmade items, natural variations in wood grain, color, texture, and finish are normal and expected. Each piece is unique, and slight differences from photos or descriptions are not defects.

● Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

● We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors in product descriptions or pricing at any time.

● Many of our pieces are custom-built or made to order. Production times will be communicated at the time of order and may vary based on complexity, materials, and current order volume.

● Custom orders are built to the specifications discussed and confirmed with you at the time of purchase. Please review all details (dimensions, wood species, finish, etc.) carefully before confirming your order, as changes may not be possible once production begins.

● Because custom and made-to-order pieces are built specifically for you, all sales are final (see Section 4).

● By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

● Full or partial payment (such as a deposit) may be required at the time of order for custom pieces, with the balance due before shipment; this will be communicated to you at checkout or in our order confirmation.

● We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order, you will be refunded any amount already paid.

All sales are final. Due to the handmade and often custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the following circumstances:

● The item arrives damaged due to shipping (see Section 5)

● The item is materially different from what was ordered due to an error on our part

If you believe your order qualifies for an exception, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. Approved remedies may include repair, replacement, or partial/full refund at our discretion.

● We ship physical products to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

● Estimated production and shipping times are provided at checkout or in your order confirmation but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to material availability, order volume, or carrier issues.

● Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

● If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices for custom orders will be confirmed with you before production begins. Applicable sales tax and shipping costs will be added at checkout where required.

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, product designs, and photographs, is the property of Grain Form Studio and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content or product designs for commercial purposes without our written permission.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

● Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

● Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems

● Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site

● Submit false or misleading information when placing an order

Woodworking pieces are natural products that may expand, contract, or change appearance over time due to humidity, temperature, and sunlight exposure. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper care, use, or environmental exposure. Care instructions, where applicable, will be provided with your order.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grain Form Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product or order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

The Site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Grain Form Studio operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
